LICENSE AGREEMENT EDM Background Music Pack Series 1. GENERAL TERMS
This music pack is licensed, not sold. By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from the EDM Background Music Pack Series, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement.
All music tracks included in this series are protected by international copyright laws. All copyrights and intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of the original creator.
This license is royalty-free, non-exclusive, and non-transferable.
2. STANDARD LICENSE (Included by Default) PERMITTED USES
Under the Standard License, you are permitted to:
Use the music in personal and commercial projects
Use the music in:
YouTube and social media videos
Podcasts and other online media
Websites and presentations
Mobile applications and games
Monetize content that includes the music
Use the music in client projects, provided that the music is embedded in a final end product and not made available separately
PROHIBITED USES
Under the Standard License, you may NOT:
Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or give away the music files in any form
Upload, register, or distribute the music through any Content ID or copyright detection system
Claim ownership, authorship, or copyright of the music
Use the music to create, sell, or distribute competing music packs, libraries, or audio collections
Make the music available as standalone or downloadable audio files
Allow any third party to extract, reuse, or access the music separately from the end product
3. EXTENDED LICENSE (Optional Upgrade)
The Extended License includes all rights granted under the Standard License, plus the additional permissions outlined below.
ADDITIONAL RIGHTS GRANTED
With the Extended License, you may:
Use the music in paid advertising campaigns, including digital, online, and broadcast advertising
Use the music in SaaS platforms, subscription-based services, and hosted digital products
Use the music in commercial applications and games distributed at scale
Use the music in corporate media, internal business content, and professional presentations
Distribute projects containing the music to unlimited audiences, impressions, or users
EXTENDED LICENSE LIMITATIONS
Even under the Extended License, you may NOT:
Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the music files
Upload or register the music in any Content ID or copyright enforcement system
Claim ownership or authorship of the music
Use the music to create or resell music libraries, packs, or similar products
4. OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHT
All music remains the intellectual property of the original creator. This License grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership or copyright under any circumstances.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIABILITY
The music is provided βas isβ, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The creator shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, claims, or expenses arising from the use or inability to use the music.
6. TERMINATION
This License will be automatically terminated if any of its terms are violated. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the music and delete all copies in your possession or control.

Is the shipping free?
Yes. Worldwide shipping is already included in the price. We use DHL express with 3 days delivery time.
When will I receive my item?
When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Orders made before 2 PM (CET) will be picked, packed and shipped the same day. Delivery time is usually 2-4 working days with DHL Express.
Can I change or return my item?
If you want to change a product into another model, strap color etc., please contact us so we are able to reserve the new item in our stock immediately. You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used.
